• 2026-07-27 — The Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission fined Amused Australia Pty Ltd — the licensee that operates this brand — $38,556 for breaches of responsible gambling obligations and marketing rules, and ordered it to repay $30,161 to a customer, after finding it failed to adequately respond to signs of gambling harm and continued sending promotional messages after an unsubscribe request. • 2023-02-21 — 7NEWS reported that BetDeluxe was fined $50,172 by the Australian Communications and Media Authority for sending more than 800,000 text messages lacking sender contact details and 100,000 without unsubscribe notices. The company accepted a two-year court undertaking to review marketing practices and must provide compliance reports to the regulator. (7NEWS)
